Come join us for our Argentine Tango Práctica, we will start with a 45min Open Level class from 3- 3:45pm followed by Práctica from 3:45- 5pm. Come alone or with a partner!

Entrance fee $15 for only Práctica, $20 for class & Práctica

You must be fully vaccinated to attend. Please bring proof of vaccination. Masks are still encouraged for all dancers.

What is an Argentine tango práctica?

• A tango experience between a lesson and a milonga (social dance).

• A place to practice the skills you already have, to ask questions and receive advice.

• Open to all skill levels. Everyone is welcome!

• A relaxed atmosphere - milonga etiquette is relaxed too.

• A supportive and friendly place to learn. Please be polite and courteous. Give feedback in a constructive manner.

What to wear?

• A práctica is informal - dress comfortably.

• To protect the dance surface, please bring proper dance shoes.

• To make the most of your lessons, attend the práctica. Practicing what you learned in the lesson will speed up your progress significantly.

• Hosts are available for guidance at the práctica.

• The práctica gives you an opportunity to meet other dancers.

Who will I dance with?

• You don't need a partner to attend.

• Dancers may change partners if they wish or they may continue to dance only with their designated partners. Both are acceptable.

• If either partner wishes to change, say thank you to end the dance.

• Some dancers prefer to come with a partner or arrange to meet someone.

• If you would like to dance with one of the hosts, please ask. We share our time among attendees and we encourage dancers to dance with other dancers attending the práctica.
